Anti-Fraud Declaration

Version 2026-10-28.v1 · Effective 28 October 2026

Draft for legal review. The operating entity, registered address and governing jurisdiction must be confirmed before these policies are treated as final. Mandatory consumer and privacy laws always apply.

Your declaration

I confirm that I am using my own identity; my age, marital status and eligibility information are legally valid; and I have not hidden a current marriage, falsified a divorce or supplied forged documents. Any photo, voice introduction or professional and income information I provide must not impersonate or mislead others.

Prohibited conduct

Catfishing, identity theft, financial solicitation through deceptive profiles, document forgery, harassment, coercion and misuse of private member information are prohibited. Do not send money or identity documents to someone solely on the basis of a profile or an introduction.

Consequences and review

Confirmed falsified details may lead to an immediate ban without refund where legally permitted. Accounts may be restricted while a documented fraud concern is reviewed. Non-waivable consumer rights remain protected, and members can request a review through dashboard support. This policy is not a guarantee that every fraud attempt will be detected.

Verification status

Identity verification must be recorded only after a real verification provider confirms it. At present the service is not connected, so legal acceptance is recorded as “not verified”; it is not an Aadhaar or Passport check.
