Privacy Policy

Version 2026-10-28.v1 · Effective 28 October 2026

Draft for legal review. The operating entity, registered address and governing jurisdiction must be confirmed before these policies are treated as final. Mandatory consumer and privacy laws always apply.

Information collected

We store your account email, member profile and registration information, optional profile photo and voice introduction, support conversations, and explicit agreement acceptance. The legal consent record includes your member and registration IDs, the declaration and policy version, a snapshot of details supplied at acceptance, a server-generated timestamp, and the actual KYC state at that time.

Where available, a valid IP address observed in request headers is recorded with its source. Proxy-header authenticity has not been independently established; this is unverified network metadata, not guaranteed proof of your identity or exact location. If unavailable, no address is invented. A SHA-256 digest protects evidence consistency; it is not a certified digital signature.

Purposes and access

Information is used for matrimony registration, account management, support, fraud review and maintaining evidence of accepted terms. Profiles and media are restricted to the member and authorized review administrators. Private media uses short-lived access links. Authorized administrators may download member registration records for operational use and must safeguard those exports.

Retention and immutable evidence

Consent evidence cannot be edited or deleted through member or admin app actions. It preserves what was accepted at the recorded time; later profile changes do not rewrite it. Immutability does not override legally required correction, deletion, restriction or retention obligations. Requests involving those rights require controlled operator review.

The operator must establish and publish a lawful retention schedule and an identified privacy contact before final launch. No invented retention period or automatic deletion promise is made here.

Providers and international use

A secure cloud provider hosts account, storage and database infrastructure. WhatsApp, Telegram and other external sharing services apply their own policies when you open them; invitation confirmations are not proof of recipient delivery. International processing and transfers must comply with applicable privacy law and appropriate safeguards; this draft is not a declaration of regulatory certification.

Your rights and contact

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or review of processing. Use Help & support in your dashboard for privacy requests. The legal operating entity, registered contact address and privacy contact must be provided by the operator for the final policy.
